<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump system that can be compactly constituted as a whole while avoiding deterioration in fuel consumption performance of a mechanical pump or the like in mounting a negative pressure pump capable of supplying necessary negative pressure to a brake booster in a vehicle.SOLUTION: The pump system is provided with: a sub pump 76, which is independent from a main pump that is operated by receiving transmission of rotary torque from a crank shaft or an automatic transmission of an internal combustion engine, that supplies operating liquid pressure to the automatic transmission; a negative pressure pump 53 that supplies negative pressure to a brake booster; and a single electric motor 0 that drives the sub pump 76 and the negative pump 53 at the same time.</p> |
