<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker system capable of extending a reproducible low-frequency sound band.SOLUTION: In a speaker system 10, legs 27 for supporting a speaker enclosure 21 on a table are provided on a bottom face 21A, and elastic members 27B are provided in distal end portions of the legs 27. A cantilever passive diaphragm 31 formed on the bottom face 21A functions as a passive radiator that vibrates in response to sonic waves radiated from a speaker unit attached to a baffle plate at a top face side into the speaker enclosure 21. A spring constant of the elastic member 27B is set in such a manner that a resonant frequency that is determined on the basis of the spring constant of the elastic member 27B and a sprung mass applied to the legs 27 in the case of installation, becomes lower than a bass reflex resonant frequency fr in which the passive diaphragm 31 is resonated.</p> |
