PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment capable of easily specifying a defective channel and a defective place in an ultrasonic probe and a signal transmission/reception path.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic probe includes a plurality of ultrasonic transducers for transmitting/receiving an ultrasonic wave to/from a subject. A data processing system acquires target information by the data processing based on a received signal output from the plurality of ultrasonic transducers. The data processing system is configured so as to acquire the information related to a propagation wave by the data processing based on the signal output from a designated ultrasonic transducer, by the propagation wave of the vibration that propagates in the ultrasonic probe being received by the ultrasonic transducer designated for receiving the propagation wave.
