a target having a traceable pattern; and an illumination source spaced apart from the target, the illumination source configured to be disposed on a user and project a light upon the traceable pattern for use as a visual reference point in response to movement of the user tracing the pattern, wherein the traceable pattern has a shape that when traced with the light elicits a movement in the user corresponding to a movement utilized in the game of golf.
