The temperature detection device has a temperature detection element that undergoes dielectric polarization as a result of the rise and fall with the passage of time of the temperature thereof caused by the temperature variation of the heating medium and comprises a dielectric that has a Curie temperature that is equal to or greater than a temperature that is 50°C lower than the Curie temperature of the power generation element and a second electrode for detecting electromotive force from the temperature detection element. |
