Provided is an intraocular lens insertion instrument capable of facilitating the instillation of lubricant into the intraocular lens-holding section. The intraocular lens insertion instrument is equipped with: a holding section, which is provided integrally with or separate from the instrument body that is inserted into the eyeball, is capable of disposing the intraocular lens in the instrument body by containing the intraocular lens, and has a hole into which the needle of a syringe for supplying lubricant to the intraocular lens is inserted; and a guiding wall section formed at a position adjacent to the hole in the holding section for guiding the needle of the syringe to the hole. |
