<p>Provided is a film capacitor wherein metal electrodes are formed on surfaces of dielectric films, said film capacitor being capable of maintaining electrical characteristics, such as current-resistant characteristics and insulating characteristics with a simple configuration. This film capacitor has: a laminated body (5) that is formed by laminating metalized films (5a, 5b) having metal electrodes (2a, 2b) formed on surfaces of dielectric films (1a, 1b), respectively; and external electrodes (9a, 9b) that are formed on end sections of the laminated body (5). At end sections (5aa, 5ba) of the metalized films (5a, 5b) constituting the laminated body (5), bent sections (6a, 6b) are formed, said bent sections being bent such that the metal electrodes (2a, 2b) face the external electrode (9a, 9b) sides, respectively.</p> |
