The present invention relates to crampons which can effectively prevent a user from slipping on the ground or ice while engaging in everyday or outdoor activities during winter and be easily carried around or stored. According to the present invention, the crampons are detachably coupled to the shoe soles. Each of the crampons includes: a C-shaped frame formed by integrally connecting two side bars arranged to be spaced apart from each other by a connection bar connecting the ends thereof; protruding spikes which are formed on the connection area of the side bars and connection bars in a downward direction to prevent slips; a first spike chain which has both ends installed and connected to the other ends of the side bars to prevent slips; and a second spike chain which has both ends installed and connected to the middle part of the side bars to prevent slips. The first and second spike chains are sprocket chains formed by alternatively connecting multiple inner and outer connection chains. Teeth are formed on the respective inner and outer connection chains to prevent slips. |
