PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging device configured in a device layout for obtaining a better image signal.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging device includes: a pixel array 2 on which a plurality of pixels 20 each outputting an electric signal in response to a radiation is arrayed; a read circuit section 23; and a member 4 suppressing incidence of the radiation on the read circuit section 23, and generates an image signal on the basis of the electric signal read by the read circuit section 23. The pixel array 2 includes a first area 2a in which a plurality of partial pixels 20 used to generate the image signal is arrayed; and a second area 2b that is at least a partial area around the first area 2a and in which a plurality of other pixels 20 that is not used to generate the image signal is arrayed. From outside to inside of the pixel array 2, an inner end portion B of the read circuit section 23 arranged in the second area 2b, an inner end portion C of an orthogonal projection from the member 4 onto the pixel array 2, and an inner end portion A of the second area 2b are arranged in this order. |
