PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain light with sufficient intensity to activate a photocatalyst.SOLUTION: A vehicle head lamp includes: an LED 1a which generates excitation light EL; a light emitting body 4 which generates fluorescent light when the excitation light EL generated by the LED 1a is radiated thereto; a light guide member 2a for guiding the excitation light EL generated by the LED 1a to the light emitting body 4; and a parabola mirror 5 having an optical reflection recessed surface SUF3 which reflects the fluorescent light generated by the light emitting body 4. A photocatalytic coat film 6c is formed in at least a part of the optical reflection recessed surface SUF3. The excitation light EL generated by the LED 1a activates photocatalysis of a photocatalyst included in the photocatalytic coat film 6c. |
