PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker for reflowing a liquid discharged from a pot into an exhaust passage, reliably into the pot.SOLUTION: A cooker 10 comprises: a pot 11 having an upper end opened for accommodating a food material; a lid body 25 having not only a removable inner lid (or an inner lid set 70) for closing the pot 11 but also exhaust passages 64 and 71 for causing the inside and the outside of the pot 11 to communicate with each other; a reflow hole 101 arranged in the inner lid 70 for reflowing the liquid substance to accumulate in the exhaust passages 64, 71 into the pot 11; and a reflow valve 99 for closing the reflow hole 101 by the closing action of the lid body 25 and for opening the reflow hole 101 by the opening action of the lid body 25. |
