PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier, a planetary gear mechanism, a transmission and a work vehicle capable of suppressing complication of the structure of the transmission and improving assemblability, while reducing the size of the transmission.SOLUTION: A carrier C2 includes: a disk part 54; a cylinder part 55; a planetary gear arrangement part 56; a first hydraulic oil flow passage 91; and a second hydraulic oil flow passage 92. The cylinder part has: a second support part for supporting a support pin of a planetary gear; a first clutch fitting part; a second clutch fitting part; and a piston fitting part for fitting a piston for driving a second clutch. The first hydraulic oil flow passage has a first inlet provided at the disk part. A hydraulic oil for lubricating a first clutch is supplied to the first clutch fitting part by passing through the first hydraulic oil flow passage from the first inlet. The second hydraulic oil flow passage has a second inlet provided at the disk part. The hydraulic oil for driving the piston is supplied to the piston fitting part by passing through the second hydraulic oil flow passage from the second inlet.
