<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matting heat-shielding coating composition capable of forming matting coating excellent in finish property, undercoat concealment property, heat shielding property and heat insulating property, a method of forming a matting heat-shielding coating and a coated article having a heat-shielding coating formed by the method.SOLUTION: There is provide a matting heat-shielding coating composition containing a porous particle (A) containing titanium white and resin (Z) and a resin (B) where the titanium white is in a range of 2.0 to 45.0 mass% based on the solid mass of the porous particle (A) and the porous particle (A) is contained at 5 to 30 mass% based on the mass of the resin (B).</p> |
