This method for producing silver nanoparticles comprises: a step for producing a complex compound by mixing an amine mixed liquid and a silver compound; and a step for forming silver nanoparticles by heating and decomposing the complex compound. The amine mixed liquid contains (A) a primary amine having 8 or more carbon atoms and a melting point of 20°C or less, (B) a diamine having a primary amino group and a tertiary amino group, 4 or more carbon atoms, and a melting point of 20°C or less and (C) a cis-unsaturated primary amine having 12 or more carbon atoms and a melting point of 30°C or less.
