<p> Provided is a drug dispensing device that makes it possible to automate the selection of a necessary drug container and reduce the utilized space. A drug shelf region (100) where drug containers (2) are stored, a drug division region (200), and a drug packaging region (300) are vertically arranged, and a predetermined drug container (2) in the drug shelf region (100) is removed by a container movement means (700) and placed in a drug placement device (3) in the drug division region (200). A medicinal powder is discharged from the removed drug container (2) and placed in the drug placement groove (208) of a distribution plate (201), and the medicinal powder on the distribution plate (201) is scraped off by a scraping device (600).
