THIN-FILM ANTENNA STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a thin-film antenna structure. The method comprises the following steps: opening at least two through holes in a housing of a radio electronic device; forming an opaque resin bond interface layer on an outer surface of the housing and inner surfaces of the through holes in a spraying manner; performing first drying treatment; forming a metal layer on an outer surface of the resin bond interface layer in a spraying manner, the metal layer extending and projecting from an inner surface of the housing to form a feed pin; engraving a portion of the metal layer corresponding to the outer surface of the housing by using a laser engraving technique, to form at least one set of independent printed antennas on the metal layer, so as to form as least one set of thin-film antennas. The thin-film antennas have an engraving depth at least reaching the resin bond interface layer and can be connected to a feed terminal of a circuit board of the radio electronic device through the feed pin.
