<p>Disclosed is a shearer dual-drum cutting part, the cutting drums being two in number, and the two cutting drums being denoted as a rightward-rotating cutting drum (12) and a leftward-rotating cutting drum (13); a gear transmission system uses a splitting configuration to divide the power output of the cutter motor (2) into two paths, one path delivering power to the rightward-rotating cutting drum (12) and the other path delivering power to the leftward-rotating cutting drum (13); the rightward-rotating cutting drum (12) and the leftward-rotating cutting drum (13) rotating in opposite directions. In the dual-drum cutting part of the shearer, two cutting drums are designed on one rocker arm, such that the total coal capacity is increased; the two cutting drums turn in opposite directions, effectively preventing chunks of coal from being ejected radially, and facilitating the loading of coal; the overall structure of the entire cutting part is compact, and the coal loading performance of the drums is good; the inner and outer spray systems are safe and reliable, effectively extinguish fire and remove dust, and effectively reduce the temperature in the rocker arm.</p> |
