Disclosed is a food waste disposal assembly which performs grinding and stirring food waste at the same time by using one driving motor, and then drying the same in sequence. A night-soil bucket is combined to a grinding/stirring apparatus to be detachable. The grinding/stirring apparatus comprises: a driving motor for providing a rotatory force; a grinding unit for grinding food waste through rotation by the rotatory force of the driving motor; a decelerating unit for providing a decelerated speed in comparison with a rotation speed of the driving motor as combined with the driving motor; and a stirring unit for stirring the food waste through rotation while the food wasted is ground or dried, as selectively coupled to the decelerating unit. |
