PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device achieving markedly high output and high efficiency.SOLUTION: A laser light source device 100 comprises: a substrate 100A; a plurality of end face emission type laser elements 110 formed on the substrate 100A to emit light to a direction of a surface of the substrate 100A; and an optical member 120 bonded adjacent to the substrate 100A for reflecting and condensing each light emitted from the plurality of laser elements 110 in a direction of deviating from the direction of the surface.
