PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink in which radiation fins are stably fixed to a radiation base.SOLUTION: The heat sink includes radiation fins 1 and a radiation base 2. The radiation fins 1 include two radiator plates 11 which form a refracted sheet body, protrude from the radiation base 2 and are connected in one-side end portions opposite to the radiation base 2. Other-side end portions of both the radiator plates 11 form folded portions 111 that are folded outside. The radiation base 2 includes: a plurality of grooves 21 into which the folded portions 111 of the radiator plate 11 are fitted, and a partition 22 that is positioned between two neighboring grooves 21. The radiation fins 1 are fixed to the radiation base 2 by caulking the partition 22 of the radiation base 2 and the folded portions 111 of the radiator plate 11 and collectively deforming the partition 22 and the folded portions 111. Thus, the radiation fins 1 can be stably fixed to the radiation base 2. |
