PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding tool which is used to fix a first welding object to a second welding object and includes a first tool portion and a second tool portion.SOLUTION: A laser welding tool includes a first tool portion (14) and a second tool portion (2) to fix a first welding object (16) to a second welding object (18). The two welding objects (16, 18) are at least partially provided between the two tool portions (14, 2). The second tool portion (2) includes at least two sub-elements (6, 8) which may slide toward the first tool portion independently of each other so as to press the second welding object (18) against the first welding object (16).
