PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera module capable of reducing the height thereof while preventing generation of ghost or flare.SOLUTION: An IRCF 13 is placed on an opening formed in a metal plate 19 and is disposed between a lens 12 and an imaging element 16. The edge in the opening of the metal plate 19 is subjected to an etching to sharpen the edge and a black processing is made to reduce the area of the edge face formed in the opening. As a result, entered light is not reflected by the edge face of the opening and ghost or flare is prevented. Since a portion for fixing the IRCF 13 is formed with the metal plate 19 instead of a mold material previously used for fixing, the height thereof can be reduced. The technique is applicable to camera modules. |
