PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intermittently coat a conducting wire with a resin without deteriorating resin coating accuracy so that a production cost and a production man-hour of the conducting wire are decreased.SOLUTION: A resin coating method comprises; a step S1 of conveying the conducting wire in a state where a molten resin is being supplied; a step S2 of conveying the conducting wire in a state where the supply of the molten resin is being stopped; and a step S3 of stopping both of supply of the molten resin and conveyance of the conducting wire, which step S3 is carried out between the step S1 and the step S2. These three steps are carried out repeatedly. As a result, since conveyance of the conducting wire starts from a state where the supply of the molten resin is stopped, occurrence of a stringing phenomenon of the molten resin, caused by viscosity or the like, can be prevented. Further, by setting a rise in the amount s of the molten resin to be supplied adequately relative to the rise in the conveying speed v of the conducting wire, and the like, a boundary between a coated part and a non-coated part can be formed precisely. Therefor, it becomes possible to coat the conducting wire intermittently with the resin without deteriorating resin coating accuracy.
|
