摘要 A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery of the present disclosure includes: a positive electrode containing a first and a second positive electrode active material; and a non-aqueous electrolyte containing a fluorinated chain carboxylic acid ester represented by the following structural formula 1. The first positive electrode active material includes a lithium-containing transition metal oxide represented by a Li2MnO3—LiMO2 solid solution, and the second positive electrode active material includes a lithium-containing transition metal oxide which contains at least Ni, has a Ni rate of 50 percent by mole or more to the total moles of metal elements other than Li, and has a layered structure.;(R represents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and X's each independently represent F, H, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or a group obtained by substituting at least one H of the above alkyl group by F.)
