The purpose of the present invention is to improve sealing properties between a metal member (12) and a resin member (14), and to restrict relative displacement. Sealing rubber (24) is integrally moulded to a lower surface (20C) and an outer peripheral surface (20B) of a flange part (20) of a metal collar (16). A protrusion (28) which continues along a peripheral direction is formed on an upper-surface (14B) edge of a through hole (14A) in the resin member (14).
