An antenna (1) for a microwave device for tissue ablation comprises a metal cannula (2) inside which there are arranged an external conductor (3) and an internal conductor (4) of the antenna (1), between which a layer (5) of electrically insulating material is interposed, and a penetrating tip (9) connected to the antenna (1); the antenna (1) further comprises a reinforcing element (7) connected to a distal end of said cannula (2), said penetrating tip (9) being connected to a distal end (10) of said reinforcing element (7).
