<p>There is provided a suspension training system (1) having a pulley (3), a pulley housing (5) rotatably supporting the pulley, and a cable (7) operatively connected to the pulley such that movement of the cable rotates the pulley relative to the pulley housing. The suspension training system (1) also has a securing mechanism for securing the position of the pulley relative to the housing and securing the position of the cable relative to the housing and/or the pulley.</p> |
