A heat sink assembly comprises: a heat transfer block which limits a mount groove and a spacer rib installed in alternately; and heat-radiating fins formed by bending membrane metal sheet members into an inverted U-shaped form. A heat-radiating fin comprises 2 heat-radiating fin walls; and the 2 heat-radiating fin walls each has an end part connected to each other and another end part which ends at a folding part which extends upwards towards the exterior. Each heat-radiating fin wall is inserted to each mount groove and fixated by a stamping process which aims to transform the folding part of the heat-radiating fin wall of the heat-radiating fin and the spacer rib of the heat transfer block. |
