According to an embodiment of the present invention, a solar cell comprises: a substrate; a plurality of first electrodes formed on the substrate and separated into a plurality of first separation grooves; a buffer layer and a photoactive layer formed on the first electrode and having a penetration groove which exposes the neighboring first electrode; and a plurality of second electrodes formed on the photoactive layer, separated into a second separation groove, and electrically connected with the first electrode through the penetration groove, wherein the first electrode or the second electrode is divided by a plurality of third separation grooves in a direction across the first separation groove, the penetration groove, and the second separation groove. |
