PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic vibration device which can especially clean a pipe on various types of production lines even in a case of a long pipe material, or can carry out processing of mixing, dispersion, and reaction acceleration or the like by ultrasonic vibration to a liquid (or powder) conveyed in a pipe material.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibration device vibrates a wall surface of a pipe material, and includes a vibrator which generates an ultrasonic wave of at least one frequency, mounting means on which at least the one vibrator is mounted and which is detachably mounted on an outer circumference surface of the pipe material so as to transmit vibration of the vibrator to the pipe material, and drive means which generates a drive signal for driving the vibrator. The drive means generates the drive signal of a resonance frequency of a vibration system or a frequency around it to drive the vibrator depending on the vibration system including the connected vibrator, mounting means, and pipe material in a predetermined range of frequencies. |
