PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain gutter structure that can be provided to any positions of an eaves gutter, is compact and has good-looking, and is able to improve drainage performance.SOLUTION: In a rain gutter structure of the present invention, a water reservoir container 2 including an opening 20 on the upper part for communicating with a drainage hole 10 is connected with an eaves gutter 1 including the drainage hole 10, a connection hole 21 for connecting with an external drain cylinder 3 is provided at a lower part of the water reservoir container 2, and the water reservoir container 2 is provided between a surface hung from a front end of the eaves gutter 1 and a surface hung from a rear end of the eaves gutter 1. In the rain gutter structure, an opening area of the connection hole 21 of the water reservoir container 2 is provided to be smaller than an opening area of the drainage hole 10 of the eaves gutter 1, the water reservoir container 2 is provided so that the width dimension in the longitudinal direction is almost the same as the dimension in the height direction, and a maximum opening area inside the water reservoir container 2 is provided to be greater than the opening area of the drainage hole 10 of the eaves gutter 1, so that water is reserved in the water reservoir container 2 and a siphon phenomenon is caused. |
