PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing device that cancels out a temperature drift at an output stage without performing a temperature compensation, and eliminates a dead zone of a handler.SOLUTION: An input channel ch8 of an analog multiplexer 11a is appropriated for a ground input. A CPU is configured to detect a temperature drift level occurring in an emitter follower circuit 11b from level data on the input channel ch8, and subtract the detected temperature drift level from each level data on other input channels ch1 to ch7 equivalent to an operation signal. Thereby, the CPU is configured to cancel out a portion of the temperature drift included in each level data on the input channels ch1 to ch7 to eliminate a dead zone of a handler. |
