<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to detect abnormality in a cell capture device or its neighborhood and accurately perform processing related to the capture of a cell.SOLUTION: According to a cell capture system 100 and an operating method thereof, a pressure gauge 21 measures a fluid pressure of a test solution or a processing liquid that flows in a flow channel 9 (a flow channel for discharge out of a system), and based on this fluid pressure, a control unit 30 which is an abnormality determination means, determines whether the upstream side is in an abnormal operation state by using the pressure gauge 21. Thereby, in processing related to the capture of the cell, when any abnormality has occurred in a cell capture device 1 or its neighborhood, it is possible to know as a system that the processing is performed in abnormal operation state. Since the system can deal with, for example, stopping of the processing to recover from the abnormal operating state, or the like, the system prevents the processing related to the capture of the cell in abnormal operating state from continuing, and it becomes possible to efficiently and accurately perform the processing related to the capture of the cell.</p> |
