<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding device and a grounding device for a vehicle which are excellent in maintainability and capable of improving operational stability and responsiveness.SOLUTION: A grounding device according to an embodiment includes a first terminal, a second terminal, a plurality of semiconductor switches having a first main electrode, a second main electrode, and a control electrode. The first terminal is electrically connected to a conductive member having a high voltage. The second terminal is electrically connected to a conductive member having a predetermined potential for the grounding side.
