<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication device enabling restoration from a failure on an electric path at low cost, with a reduced switchover time.SOLUTION: The communication device includes: a data classification DB 13 retaining classification information to divide received communication data into a plurality of communication data; a communication path management unit 15 for securing, when a failure is detected on a working communication path, a communication path through which the communication data after division can be transmitted, on the basis of the classification information; a data classification unit 11 for dividing the received communication data into a plurality of communication data on the basis of the classification information, and for adding an identifier to each communication data; and a communication path selection unit 12 for transmitting each communication data to the communication path secured by the communication path management unit 15, on the basis of the identifier added to the divided communication data.</p> |
