PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength conversion substrate which allows for cost reduction and high definition, and to provide a display device using the same, an electronic apparatus, and a method of manufacturing a wavelength conversion substrate.SOLUTION: A wavelength conversion substrate 10 includes at least a substrate 11, and a wavelength conversion layer laminate 14 provided on the substrate 11. The wavelength conversion layer laminate 14 is constituted of a laminate of at least a first wavelength conversion layer 12 and a second wavelength conversion layer 13 which absorb light and emit light having a wavelength different from that of the absorbed light.
