<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide, an opto-electric hybrid board and electronic equipment that can efficiently propagate light.SOLUTION: An optical waveguide 1 comprises: a laminate 10 in which a clad layer 11 and a core layer 13 having a core part 14 formed therein are laminated; and a notch 170 that is formed from the clad layer 12 side to the core part 14, and includes an inclined surface 171 inclining with respect to an axial line of the core part 14. The inclined surface 171 has a curved convex surface protruding inside the notch 170 and satisfies a relationship of r1≠r2, where r1 denotes a radius of curvature of a center part 174a of the curved convex surface, and r2 denotes a radius of curvature of an outer edge part 174b thereof.</p> |
