An integrated circuit that contains a plurality of rectangular coils. In each coil, first wires and second wires that are formed in different layers so as to be perpendicular to each other are connected in an alternating fashion. The coils partially overlap each other along diagonal axes that connect opposing corners of the coils. The coils preferably all have the same structure. Preferably, a given coil partially overlaps other coils along the two diagonal axes that connect opposing corners of the coil in question. |
