<p>Method and equipment for routing a trace result of a signalling or management trace request in a communication network, in either push, pull or streaming mode, thereby re-using existing secure channels between network entity, NE, Element/Device Manager, EM/DM, Network Manager, NM, and Event Gateway, EGW, for the transport of the trace result to a Trace Collection Entity, and avoid creating ad-hoc secure channels for the transport of a single trace result, the method substantial lowering the load in the communication network. The trace result has an information field which may contain the address of a TCE and is subsequently used for routing the trace result.</p> |
