This invention relates to a structure of an optical module package for two-way communication, which has an optical transmission element and an optical reception element for optical communication in one package housing to transmit and receive optical signals at once. In particular, the present invention relates to the structure of the optical module package for two-way communicating using wavelength having a narrow width capable of separating upward and downward optical signals with the wavelength having a width of several nm. The structure of the optical modulator package for two-way communication according to the invention is equipped with a lens, which has a predefined radiation angle on a laser diode chip in a light-emitting optical element package comprising TO (transistor outline) type or mini-flat type laser diode chip to convert the beam of laser into a parallel ray, and the light-emitting optical element package is sealed with a flat window. |
