The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for assigning muti-hop network resource in a wireless mesh network. More specifically, The present invention relates to a technology whereby link resource information is obtained in parallel in a multi-hop environment by using multi-cast or broadcast in a multi-hop wireless network. By a multi-cast or broad cast method of the present invention, time for transmitting data is reduced; a data transmission rate is increased; and thus efficiency of network resource allocation can be increased.
