Disclosed is a centrifugal compressor. The present invention includes a diffuser including an impeller; a back plate on which the impeller is installed to rotate; a diffuser including a diffuser vane installed on the back plate; and a case receiving the impeller and the diffuser inside. The impeller is installed on the back plate to place the center of the rotation of the impeller to be eccentric from the center of the back plate. According to embodiments of the present invention, a centrifugal compressor can improve the efficiency of the centrifugal compressor by reducing separation and a flow loss due to a speed difference of fluids and obtain efficient arrangement space by reducing the size of a scroll.
