The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing medicinal herb dutch coffee, and more specifically, to a method of manufacturing medicinal herb dutch coffee comprising an ultrasonic sterilization process after brewing functional additives such as medicinal herbs, herbal medicine, or marine algae with coffee for a long time by using low temperature water. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method of manufacturing medicinal herb dutch coffee comprises: a first step for roasting raw coffee beans; a second step for maturing the roasted coffee beans; a third step for crushing the matured coffee beans; a fourth step for filling a glass tank of an extraction machine with functional additives; a fifth step for filling the glass tank of the extraction machine with the crushed coffee beans; a sixth step for uniformly tamping the crushed coffee beans filled in the glass tank with a tamper; a seventh step for filling a water tank of the extraction machine with purified water; an eighth step for dropping the purified water of the water tank to extract medicinal herb coffee; a ninth step for putting the extracted coffee into a glass bottle and sealing the glass bottle; and a tenth step for putting the coffee of the sealed glass bottle to an ultrasonic sterilizer so as to sterilize the coffee. |
