PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black matrix 2 which has good photolithographic characteristics to achieve both high light-shielding property and low reflectance without using a multilayer structure and glass adhesiveness, a color filter 8, and a liquid crystal display device 10 using the color filter 8 and an organic electroluminescence display device 20.SOLUTION: A black photosensitive resin composition is provided, comprising at least a black pigment, a binder resin, a photopolymerizable monomer, a photopolymerization initiator, a fluorine-containing compound, and a solvent. The fluorine-containing compound has a refractive index of 1.2 to 1.5 and contains either an alkoxysilyl group expressed by chemical formula 1 or an alkoxysilanol condensation group expressed by chemical formula 2, or contains the alkoxysilyl group expressed by chemical formula 1 and an alkoxysilanol condensation group expressed by chemical formula 2. |
