PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anodic oxidation treated aluminum alloy member achieving high insulation property (high voltage resistance and large volume resistivity) and good heat release property.SOLUTION: The anodic oxidation treated aluminum alloy member is consisted by an aluminum alloy base material and an anodic oxidation coating film having thickness D of 8 μm to 150 μm formed on the base material, where the anodic oxidation coating film contains P, the number of intermetallic compounds having a maximum length of 4 μm or more at any cross section is 40 or less per 1 mm, and at least a part of the anodic oxidation coating film has a composite coating film structure in which a surface is coated or surface modified by an insulator. |
