PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of enhancing a player's interest in a game by providing novel game properties.SOLUTION: Movable operation-start means includes opening/closing means that mechanically operate such that a ball entry hole may take an open state and a closed state, the ball entry hole possibly triggering an operation-start condition of a symbol variable game by entry of a game ball therein. Normal ball entry means includes: normal opening/closing means that, when a predetermined normal winning display result is displayed in a normal symbol variable game, operates such that the normal ball entry hole may take the open state and the closed state; and operation trigger area that allows a game ball entering therein from the normal ball entry hole to pass. Triggered by the passage of the game ball to the operation trigger area, when the number of game balls entering the variable operation-start means reaches a predetermined upper limit number, if a game ball enters the variable operation-start means after a lapse of prescribed time from when it reaches the upper limit number, a special notification is executed. |
