<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor in which a plurality of permanent magnets can be more surely fixed on a rotary shaft by a tape wound around the plurality of permanent magnets and vibration of a portion floating between the permanent magnets in the tape can be suppressed, and to provide a motor including the rotor and a method for manufacturing the rotor.SOLUTION: In a rotor 40, a plurality of permanent magnets 42 are fixed on an outer peripheral surface 45f of a rotor core 45 of a rotary shaft 49 so that outer peripheral surfaces 422 of the permanent magnets 42 are convex curved surfaces. A tape 47 is wound around the radial outside of the permanent magnets 42 and the tape 47 is fixed on the outer peripheral surfaces 422 of the plurality of permanent magnets 42 by adhesive. Between two adjacent permanent magnets 42, a part of the tape 47 enters the inside inner than a virtual straight line P circumscribed on the outer peripheral surfaces 422 of the two permanent magnets 42. Therefore, a portion floating from the permanent magnets 42 in the tape 47 is short between the two permanent magnets 42.</p> |
