<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective coat that is robust against a hard foreign matter and that has an antifouling property, to the surface on which adhesion and accumulation of a hard foreign matter such as sand dust and metal powder, a hydrophilic dirt such as metal salt, and hydrophobic soil such as carbon, organic matter and the like, as well as development of a rust may occur, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: The protective coat 2 to be provided to the surface of a substrate 1 is composed of a glass coating coat 2a formed on the surface of substrate 1 and having siloxane bond, and a silane coupling coat 2b formed on the surface of the glass coating coat 2a and having siloxane bond and a group that is bonded to Si constituting the siloxane bond. The group bonding to Si is a hydrophilic group HI. Also, the silane coupling coat 2b may have both of a siloxane bond whose group bonding to Si is a hydrophilic group HI and a siloxane bond whose group bonding to Si is a hydrophobic group HO.</p> |
