An evaluation word creation part 211 creates an evaluation word including the evaluation phoneme. An evaluation word change part 213 changes the evaluation word. A rejection word creation part 212 creates a rejection word obtained by replacing an evaluation phoneme included in a created or changed evaluation word with a comparison phoneme for distinguishing an evaluation phoneme from a pronunciation to create a rejection word. A speech recognition grammar creation part 208 creates speech recognition grammar from the evaluation word and the rejection word. A speech recognition part 205 performs utterance recognition of a user's utterance on the basis of the speech recognition grammar, and records history information of a result of the utterance recognition. A repetitive learning control part 204 controls pronunciation evaluation with reference to the history information.</p> |
