The present invention relates to a power control method of internal mixer for manufacturing compounded rubber using period integrating power. The power control method comprises the steps of: (a) measuring and collecting instantaneous power data with a sensor by dividing the same at 0.05-second intervals, and transmitting the same to a mixer control computer through PLC; (b) collecting 20 instantaneous power values; (c) calculating an arithmetic average of the 20 instantaneous power values; (d) controlling a facility by comparing the arithmetic average of the instantaneous power values measured by the sensor, and a set value for controlling the mixer; (e) controlling the facility by goring through a step of collecting the instantaneous power values measured by the sensor, calculating the same to get an arithmetic average, and comparing the arithmetic average with a set value through repeating the steps (a) to (d), and then repetitively applying the same to the contol. |
